Sufficient knowledge of construction (minimum 2 years) to be appointed as a supervisor of building work.
Experience with SHEQ and site fire protection.
Experience with managing projects.
Experience with budget preparation and control.

Education

6–8 years’ experience in demand planning or forecasting within FMCG or manufacturing
Proven success in cross-functional planning environments (Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing)

Experience in integrated IBP cycles

Skills

Master Production Planning

Develop and maintain medium- to long-term production plans (MPS) in line with forecasted demand, manufacturing

Capacity and Network Planning

Scenario Modelling and Risk Management

Conduct what-if analyses to assess the impact of volume changes, line shutdowns, or supply risks.

Support business continuity planning and inventory recovery strategies during disruptions.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication

Key Outcomes

Process Standardization and Optimization

Lead the development and implementation of standardized process control frameworks and parameters across all plants.
Drive optimization projects to improve yield, reduce losses, and improve process stability and reliability.
Define and validate critical control points (CCPs), process tolerances, and operating windows.
Technical Leadership and Collaboration

Act as the technical authority on core production processes including mixing, carbonation, pasteurization, and CIP.
Collaborate with Plant Engineers, QFSE teams, and Packaging teams to drive product quality improvements.
Support Manufacturing CI and Technical Coach in capability building and troubleshooting complex issues.
Process Monitoring and Performance Improvement

Establish and monitor KPIs related to process consistency, losses, and utilities consumption.

Project Support and New Technology Implementation
