Minimum Requirements
- Applicants must be in possession of a formal qualification (B Tech, B degree) Quantity Surveying Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Water etc.)
- 5-year experience in Project Management with a proven track record in project scheduling, project management skills (best project management practices) in terms of managing matrix structures, multi-disciplinary projects
- 10-year extensive experience engineering projects, cost estimating, project progress evaluation and valuation OR Minimum 10 years Quantity Surveying / Cost Engineering experience with a proven track record in the Engineering field (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation and Building, etc.)
- Professional Registration (eligibility to be registered) with the South African Council of Quantity Surveyors (SACQS) or the Engineering Council of SA (ECSA)
- Project Management Qualification (Diploma / Degree) will be an advantage

Primary Duties
•Manage quantity surveying services relating to estimating and cost control, the tendering process and, after contract award, the commercial interface.
•Manage estimating and measurement of construction works prior to tender.

Primary Duties
