GAUTENG REGION

Manager: Supply Chain Management (Level 11) X 1

Salary: R 896 436 – R 1 055 958 pa inclusive of benefits.
Location: Regional Office (Ref No: GP/SAS 01/03/2026)

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a qualification in the relevant field at NQF level 7 as recognized by the South Africa Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in the following disciplines: Supply Chain Management / Finance / Accounting / Financial Management / Auditing / Cost and Management Accounting coupled with 3 years’ relevant experience in Supply Chain Management at a middle management level (level of Assistant Manager or Equivalent).

Duties: The incumbent will manage the effective implementation of demand management and acquisition or procurement of goods and services; Manage the asset function within the Region; Provide support to the Regional Bid Committees (i.e. RBSC, RBEC & RBAC) and manage the resources of the Unit.

Preference will be given:
Employment Equity Targets: African Female/PWD followed by African Male and White Female respectively as at the time of appointment.

Practitioner: Supply Chain Management (Level 08) X 1

Salary: R 397 116 – R 467 790 pa exclusive of benefits.
Location: Regional Office (Ref No: GP/SAS 02/03/2026)

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a qualification in the relevant field at NQF level 6 as recognized by the South Africa Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in the following disciplines: Supply Chain Management / Finance / Accounting / Financial Management / Auditing / Cost and Management Accounting coupled with 3 years’ relevant experience in Supply Chain Management

Duties: The incumbent will provide guidance in the identification and planning of goods and services required:(demand management); Administer the acquisition of goods and services required by the Region; provide secretariat services for supply chain related committees; Provide support and
guidance with the management of assets in the Region in terms of supply chain management policies and procedures and manage subordinates in the section.

Preference will be given:
Employment Equity Targets: African Male/PWD followed by White Female and African Female respectively as at the time of appointment.

Assistant Manager: Sourcing: Information & Communication Technology (ICT) (Level 08) X 1

Salary: R 397 116 – R 467 790 pa exclusive of benefits.
Location: Regional Office (Ref No: GP/SAS 03/03/2026)

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a qualification in the relevant field at NQF level 6/7 as recognized by the South Africa Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in the following disciplines: Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems couples with 3 years’ relevant experience in the ICT field, of which 1 year must be at a supervisory level.

Duties: The incumbent will process requisition and sourcing of IT goods and services for the Region; Vendor, Contract & SLA Performance Management; Monitor the utilization of ICT assets and disposal and manage staff within the division.

Preference will be given:
Employment Equity Targets: African Male/PWD followed by White Female and Indian Male respectively as at the time of appointment.

Clerk: Communications (Level 05) X 1

Salary: R 228,321– R 268,950 p.a. exclusive of benefits
Location: Regional Office (Ref No: GP/SAS 04/03/2026)

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a qualification in the relevant field at NQF level 6 as recognized by the South Africa Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in the following disciplines: Marketing / Communications / Journalism / Public Relations

Duties: The incumbent will perform administration functions pertaining to marketing and communication within the Region; Maintain and update the communication records; Draft the correspondence to various stakeholders relating to queries and information required; Provide support in the compilation of statistical reports on marketing and communication matters; Provide personnel administration and clerical support services within the Unit.

Preference will be given:
Employment Equity Targets: African Male/PWD followed by White Female and Indian Male respectively as at the time of appointment.
