Requirements :

Duties :

  • Provide oversight for implementation of policy and legislation pertaining to social crime prevention and victim empowerment services, through developmental quality assurance and case audits. Participate in the VEP Forum relating to Social Crime Prevention and Victim Empowerment. Provide oversight and practical support to professionals on the management of trafficking in person. Coordinate educational awareness about Clinical Forensic Medical Services to women, children, older Persons, People with disabilities’ Youth who are victims of crime and violence and programs that eradicates gender-based violence. Assist to manage and utilize resources in accordance with relevant directives and legislation. Conduct and coordinate awareness campaigns on GBV and human trafficking. Train CFMS staff and partners on handling victims of trafficking and GBV using trauma-informed approaches. Strengthen referral systems and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Develop and implement evidence based oral health promotion protocols and SOPs, incorporating preventive, educational, behavioural change, and community based strategies. Collaborate with academic institutions, NGOs, community organisations, districts, and school health programmes to align oral health promotion activities with research, training, and service delivery priorities. Contribute to MEC-led health awareness campaigns by providing oral health expertise and promoting key oral health messages. Work together with facility manager in identifying facility needs and populating demand plans annually. Monitor implementation of QIPs, evaluate and update all systems on progress of the facility toward improvement of quality health care. Ensure that the facility has supplies and functional equipment for emergency services and disaster management. Hold quality assurance meetings in the facility and attend district and other levels meetings as expected. Ensure functional Clinic Committee, Quality improvement teams and other QA teams. Write quality assurance reports and submit to the next level as expected. Participate in multidisciplinary quality assurance teams. Advocate for rights of the clients in the facility and promote Batho- Pele principles. Conduct client satisfaction survey and monitor the system routinely for compliance. Liaise with sub district quality assurance coordinator and other program coordinators. Facilitate participation of staff in the staff satisfaction survey annually. Facilitate training of staff and conduct in service training to all staff on quality assurance issues.
