Chief Portfolio Officer
Key Job Purpose:
- To effect standardised project governance processes that enable integrated project development and implementation that enables the achievement of strategic objectives
- To effect delivery of the enterprise Project Portfolio through the aggregation of resources, methodologies, systems, tools, and techniques

- Development, and management of project portfolio management organisational process assets, tools, policies, and standards that ensure continuous.improvements including their digitisation, and a lifetime of evolution in line with learnings, as well as best practice.

- Manage planning and project controls function of the project portfolio related to all Gauteng Rapid Rail Integrated Network expansions, enhancements, and extensions
