Purpose of the Role

The Cellular Compliance Agent is responsible for identifying and mitigating risk through the effective management, monitoring, and verification of all funded channel transactions within the iStore business.

This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance standards are maintained, operational processes run efficiently, and escalations are resolved effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily compliance checks on all funded channel transactions
  • Ensure operational alignment and compliance relating to cellular contract transactions
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve compliance escalations efficiently
  • Provide support to stores and assist with customer service-related escalations
  • Ensure compliance support structures are maintained during trading hours
  • Provide ongoing guidance, training, and support to store staff on compliance processes
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and store teams

Requirements

SMB Manager – Africa

Job Description

iStore is growing rapidly across Africa, and we see a major opportunity to expand our reach within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) market. We’re looking for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial SMB Manager to build and scale this business stream across our African territories.

This is a high-impact role focused on driving Apple hardware, software, and services sales into SMB customers while enabling regional teams to grow business sales capability. Key Responsibilities

SMB Sales Growth
