Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a qualification at NQF Level 6 as recognised by the South African Qualification Authority(SAQA) in one of the following
discipline (Public Administration/ Business Administration/Economics/ Developmental Studies/Finance/Accounting/ Commernce/Social Science/ Social Security) coupled with 3
years supervisory experience in Social Security.
Added advantage: Valid drivers licence and computer literacy
Duties: The incument will coordination and supervision of various functional areas within the Local Office. PromoteService Delivery initiatives to improve efficiency, Management
of staff at lower levels, Implement norms and standards in the grants value chain.

Duties: The incumbent will conduct quality assurance and completeness o supporting documents to applications, verify applications, meanstest requrement and related
declarations, Approve or Reject Applications for various and grant types, Provide other grants value chain processes in relation to Beneficiary Maintenance, Medical Booking of
Assessments, Customer care services and off-site services. Oversee and supervise the quality of the administration of social grants processes and advise on policies and
processes within the grants application value chain. Manage staff performance and resources. Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA,
Chapter 6, and Part 3).
