Companies Tribunal is an agency of the dtic established in terms of the Companies
Act 71 of 2008. The Tribunal’s mandate is to adjudicate applications made in terms
of the Act by reviewing decisions made by the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission (CIPC) and serve as a forum for alternative dispute resolution in any
matter arising under the Act.

NTERNSHIP: THIS PROGRAMME IS AIM AT PROVIDING WORK
EXPERIENCE FOR INTERNS WITHOUT THE RELEVANT CAREER
EXPERIENCE, AGED BETWEEN 18 – 35 YEARS.

Stipend: R84 110,86 – R89 273,52 per annum | Centre: Pretoria (REF. 03/2026) | 2 Years Contract

Responsibilities: An Intern will participate in the following activities under supervision:
▪ Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not
limited to text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
▪ Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our organization’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn,
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
▪ Audience Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community, fostering positive
interactions and building relationships with followers and fans.
▪ Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility
and achieve marketing goals.
▪ Analytics and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of social media and make data-driven recommendations for
improvements.
▪ Trend Analysis: Keep abreast with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our
organization’s digital presence is up to date.
▪ Collaboration: Work closely with the C & M team and other relevant departments to align social media strategies
with overall marketing and communication goals.
▪ Administration: Perform any other functions that may be assigned.
