DEPARTMENTAL MISSION
To provide strategic direction in the provision of comprehensive legal, risk and compliance support services to business (PRASA Corporate, Divisions and Subsidiaries).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Post graduate degree NQF8 (Bproc, BA Law, BCom Law, LLB, B Juris, BUCL
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
- Development, implementation and monitoring of Legal, Risk and Compliance strategies and plans.
- Analyse the PRASA Group strategy and business plans to determine the relevant departmental deliverables.
- Develop the department’s strategy in line with the group strategy.
- Oversight over legal risk, and compliance services.
- Develop and maintain a departmental risk register.
- Ensure overall (Divisions/Subsidiary) accountability for compliance and risk management.
- Ensure the establishment of group wide control and governance structures and frameworks etc.
- Provision of expert legal advice.
- Represent and advice the organisation on litigation matters.
- Develop and ensure implementation of performance indicators and SLAs in collaboration with the relevant role players supported by the department.
- Provide strategic advice to the GCEO and the BoC in relation to legal and compliance operations.
- Ensure general and regulated reporting (annually, quarterly and monthly).

Group Chief Human Capital Officer

DEPARTMENTAL MISSION
To provide strategic leadership and direction in the provision of human capital management end to end value chain services to the Group.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management/Human Resource Development/Industrial Psychology/Business Administration/Business Leadership (Relevant NQF9).
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
- Development of the Group HCM strategy.
- Develop the Group HCM strategy and implementation plans in alignment and support of the Group strategy.
- Provide oversight and direction over HCM operations
- Lead and direct Group HCM functions.
- Corporate governance, compliance and risk management.
- Develop group HCM policies, processes and procedures to support the business strategy and objectives.
- Establish HCM governance structures, system and processes.
- Manage human, physical, and financial resources in line with the organisational policies, processes, and procedures.
- Establish and promote the use of rigorous quality assurance processes to evaluate the service model and to drive operational and service excellence.
- Stakeholder management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholder.
- Reporting and advisory services
- Provide strategic advice to the GCEO and Board in relation to HCM operations.
- Management of resources.
- Oversight and direction over HCM operations.
