We are looking for individuals who bring both knowledge and integrity to their work. To thrive in this role, you will need: A recognised qualification in Phlebotomy or Nursing (Registered Nurse) and current registration with the HPCSA or SANC. You will also need to have a valid South African drivers license: Code B.

Skills Requirements

In this role, your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately in English is just as important as your technical skills. You will also need to be comfortable using digital tools to manage patient data and support seamless service delivery.

You also need a valid South African driver’s license (Code 08 EB) and your own transport, as regular travel to client sites is part of your day-to-day responsibilities. These qualifications ensure you are equipped to navigate the complexities of healthcare environments while delivering exceptional service. Experience matters because this role demands confidence and competence. You will also need three or more years’ experience in a service-related position within healthcare, with exposure to relationship management, customer service, and engagement with doctors, specialists, healthcare professionals, or medical practices. If you have worked in a medical or laboratory context, you will understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and empathy in every interaction.

You need to understand pathology workflows, from specimen collection to result reporting, and have a working knowledge of South African healthcare regulations, including POPIA.
