2X Scheme Consultant

Description

Icebolethu FSP, a division of Icebolethu Group is currently in search of suitable candidates to fill the position of a Scheme Consultant located in Ferndale, Randburg and Durban. The position is available on a permanent basis within the FSP, a Division of Icebolethu Group.

X4 Cleaner & X1 Gardener

Description

Icebolethu Group is currently in search of Cleaners and a Gardener within the Cleaning Department, to be based at our various branches as specified below. The successful incumbents will be required to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and landscaping that align with the Icebolethu brand identity, ensuring a safe, orderly, and dignified environment for our staff, clients, and visitors.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Cleaner:

• Assist in cleaning Icebolethu premises including offices, kitchens, lavatories, and communal areas.
• Mop tiled floors, vacuum carpets, and wipe down surfaces such as tables, worktops, and appliances.
• Empty and sanitize waste bins, ensuring the correct handling of recyclable and general waste.
• Safely operate cleaning machinery according to manufacturer specifications.
• Clean and store equipment in proper locations after use.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning consumables and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.
• Uphold hygiene standards aligned with Icebolethu’s quality expectations and safety protocols.
• Ensure appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Display appropriate signage when cleaning wet areas to prevent accidents.
• Maintain professional conduct when interacting with staff and visitors, responding promptly to urgent cleaning needs.

Responsibilities of the Gardener:

• Lead the upkeep, grooming, and beautification of outdoor gardens, lawns, and landscapes.
• Execute routine maintenance including mowing, weeding, trimming hedges, and pruning trees.
• Clear all walkways, courtyards, and parking areas of leaves, litter, and debris.
• Safely operate, clean, and store all gardening machinery, lawnmowers, and tools.
• Monitor plant health, handle irrigation, and apply fertilizers or pest control safely.
• Maintain professional conduct when working around staff, clients, and visitors.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential).
• Training or certification in safety and commercial cleaning/gardening best practices will be highly beneficial.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ professional experience in a the role, preferably within an office or commercial corporate environment.
• Basic understanding of cleaning techniques, chemical dilution safety, and general hazard prevention.
• Knowledge of the correct handling and storage of industrial cleaning machinery and equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with staff and clients.
• Good time management, punctuality, and deep reliability.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
