Responsibilities
What we’re looking for:

Responsible for the Cluster Sales (MT and TT) and sales structure. Develops effective sales plans and executes the same to drive volume, revenue to achieve / exceed AOP targets whilst driving customer satisfaction.

· Monitor sales KPIs and ensure sales targets for areas and routes are achieved.

Qualifications
What will qualify you for the role:

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in within within a unionised environment.
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position
Proficient in MS Office and SAP or equivalent ERP system

Senior Media Manager – PepsiCo Park

Responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

  • Lead media transformation that drives significant strategic value and impact, rooted in E2E human connections and focused on audience-first within brand and portfolio planning.

Qualifications

What will qualify you for the role:

  • 4 year tertiary qualification in the field of Marketing/ Commercial or Business
  • 8 to 10 years in similar capacity within the Marketing and Communication industries, with at least 5 years in a Senior Management role
  • Experience in managing media and digital for large scale advertiser to be able to advise on effective management of media plans.
  • Strategic understanding of developing multi-media campaign mix and deciding on best spending levels on each medium/platform.
  • Command over Media metrics for success including CPRP management. Reach frequency analysis for campaigns and media spend optimization models.
  • Experienced in consumer first party data management with personalised targeting and direct marketing strategies
  • Established relationships with key media stake holders including sales directors of platform owners
  • Familiarity with the media digital media landscape, and exposure to global media platforms 
  • Understanding of media planning tools.
  • Evidence of participation in ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Recent hands-on experience managing agency partners, leading pitch processes, negotiating fees and SOW, overseeing agency reviews.
  • Ability to present information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail

Machine Operator

Responsibilities

At Worcester Dried Fruit Plant, the successful candidate will operate manufacturing/production/packaging machinery and equipment according to the SOP and operating guidelines for the intended output and function, while maintaining EHS and QFS standards.

  • Conducts and completes all operational machine checks and ensures that optimal functioning and output is achieved. 
  • Completion of records: traceability, operator checklist, big 4 and cleaning documents.
  • Works to achieve production and output targets set to the correct quality standards. 
  • Reports on any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.
  • Adherence to all EHS & QFS Standards.  
  • Follow SOP for the process engaged in.

Forklift Driver

Responsibilities

Job Overview:To ensure the safe, efficient and timely movement of raw materials, bins and finished goods within the inbound intake area. The role supports uninterrupted production by supplying raw materials on time, executing safe loading/offloading of trucks and maintaining correct bin stacking in accordance with site safety, food safety and operational standards.

Intake

  • Conduct daily pre‑operation inspections of the forklift and immediately report non‑conformances.
  • Safely operate the forklift to offload raw material trucks and inbound product during intake season.
  • Transport and supply raw materials to production lines according to the production schedule.
  • Offload and load empty bins to/from depots and ensure correct and safe stacking.
  • Manage the flow of bins arriving from production over the rail and stack them in the designated areas.
  • Identify, remove and report damaged bins.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the forklift and immediate working area (including weekly deep clean of the forklift).
  • Ensure raw materials are placed in correct fumigation rooms and stored according to food safety requirements.
  • Communicate daily with supervisors regarding stock levels, storage locations and material availability.
  • Prioritise and plan own work to minimise machine downtime and support OEE performance.

Additional tasks:

  • Planning: The Forklift Driver draws up his/her own plan based on information provided by Production Supervisors of both departments.
  • The machine’s downtime is measured by Overall Efficiency Effectiveness (OEE) system. The Forklift Driver can influence the OEE of the machines when he fails to supply raw material on time. The Forklift Driver plan and prioritise the machine supplies as per the production plan.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 (NQF 4) or equivalent.
  • Valid Forklift Licence (compulsory).
  •  Medically fit to work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to food safety or agricultural handling environments is an advantage.
