Job Purpose: To provide guidance and assistance to clients visiting the customer service centres and to resolve queries

Minimum Requirements

Required Minimum Education / Training

  • A three (3)-year National Diploma

Required Minimum Experience

  • 1-year Customer services experience, knowledge experience in aspects of Company, Close Corporation, Co-operative and IP law administration.

Duties and Responsibilities

•To effectively and efficiently offer direction and support to clients that visit the service centre. •
•To assist, advise and inform Customers regarding all CIPC products, services and related processes and procedures.
•To determine and resolve Customer service requests and queries on preferably first encounter and ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
•Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary.
•To accurately capture statistic as per customers enquiry.
•To contribute to improvement of organizational performance standards

Job Purpose: To handle Customer calls according to prescribed Call Centre specifications as to inform,
assist and advise Customers on all CIPC products, services, related processes, and

Minimum Requirements

  • A three (3)-year Diploma/ National Diploma / B Degree / Advanced Diploma in Call Centre / Contact
    Centre Management / Communications.
  • A Call Centre certificate will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Afrikaans would be an added advantage.
  • 4-5 years of recent experience in a call centre environment, specifically within the last 4 years

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To receive and respond efficiently and effectively to inbound Customer calls;

GRADUATE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

CIPC (a member of the dtic) is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with opportunities to gain work experience to complement their studies. Applicants are invited for an Internship Programme that would run for a period of 24 months. Interns will be placed in our Sunnyside Office (Pretoria).

WHAT IS INTERNSHIP

As contemplated by Cabinet in December 2002, Internship is a public service graduate work experience programme targeting unemployed graduates. It gives students workplace experience or an opportunity to practice the work skills that they have studied and will practice in the future.

Beneficiaries of the Internship programme:

  • Unemployed South African graduates from higher education institutions who have completed their degrees/diplomas.
  • Unemployed graduates who have not been exposed to any work experience related to their qualification.
  • Unemployed graduates who have never participated in the Internship programme.
  • Applicants must be between ages of 18 to 35 years old.

REMUNERATION
Interns are offered R12 000.00 stipend per month

Successful applicants will be expected to sign a Graduate Internship Programme Agreement.
