Minimum Requirements
Grade 12/Standard 10 Technical qualification (Essential/Minimum)
Trade: Electro Mechanical MQA/QCTO certification (Essential/Minimum)
Certificate in Purchasing & Stores Management (Essential/Minimum)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical, maintenance or contract management (Essential/Minimum)
Proven ability to manage master data within a corporate setting
Experience with Information Management (IM) technology and infrastructure to support supply chain management
Strong adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
Document control and compliance assurance capability
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify service performance improvement opportunities
Competency in ERP systems, specifically SAP and Pilog, for data management and material identification

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and compliant codification of materials and services in alignment with company standards and policies.
Manage master data creation and maintenance, addressing duplications and ensuring integrity.

Identify and execute service performance improvements to enhance supply chain management efficiency.
Implement and support information management technology infrastructure for codification processes.
