Job Purpose
The incumbent plays a pivotal role in giving proper input to design, development, implementation, support and management of Business Intelligence Systems. To maintain the organisation’s network, infrastructure, architecture, administration and support of Microsoft servers and services. He/she must have a passion for precision and excellence, who has an excellent understanding of Information and Communication Systems and a willingness to learn. Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in information technology (NQF Level 7 or above) or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in organizational day-to-day Server administration with experience in computer and network troubleshooting.
- Extensive experience in an IT and Support related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in administering Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, Dynamics 365, Sharepoint On-Premises and Online, Teams, Cloud Based Hosting.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery, backup and recovery systems, with implementation experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Certificate Services (AD CS), PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), certificate templates, CRLs (Certificate Revocation Lists), and OCSP.
- Experience developing and supporting automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Power Flow).
- Troubleshooting and supporting Computer hardware, software systems, programs and computing networks.
- Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP and VLANs.
- Be proficient in setting up systems to detect and prevent computer viruses and unauthorised network intrusion (cybersecurity).
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Microsoft Certified Windows Server, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Fortinet NSE/FCP, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent is essential.
- ITIL Foundation, COBIT Foundation, Network+, A+ and Security+ certification or equivalent is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
-Scorecard Oversight & Performance Monitoring
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the current scorecard in selecting appropriate credit risk profiles.
