Mission
Principal Accountabilities:
- Assist the Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Support the delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure documentation is properly filed.
- Support the preparation of HR reports and administrative documentation.
- Learn and apply HR policies, procedures and employment legislation under supervision.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement activities.

- Support training and development administration.
- Assist with HR reporting and data capturing.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
