SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
SENIOR CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR
(2 POSITIONS)
REFERENCE NUMBERS: 2026/09/MP45 AND 2026/09/MP50
GRADE 9
This position is responsible for senior-level contract and tender administration support within the
SCM Directorate. The position supports the Contracts Manager by coordinating tender planning,
maintaining the contract and tender registers, administering bid committee processes, performing
contract reconciliations and reporting, monitoring contract performance, expiry dates, renewals
and variations, and supporting the implementation and close-out of procurement contracts.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Law, or a related
field. - Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in procurement, tender and/or contract
administration, of which at least 2 years should include contract management, reporting,
reconciliations or bid committee support.
PREFERENCES
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Law, or equivalent
training and membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)
would be advantageous.
