Job Description

Open, schedule and close job cards • Follow up on all outstanding orders and monitoring daily/weekly, monthly or yearly maintenance plans • Creating and Manage notifications, Work orders, Purchase Requisitions and reservations on MSD • Manage all Planned work and ensuring all data is captured and up-to-date • Manage all PM files and administration • Data inputs measurements on MSD • Assist with compiling of reports i.e. KPIs • Problem solving • Internal customer service excellence • Quality system, Health, Safety, and environment compliance • MSD Data Maintenance • Excellent communication skills • Filling • Material management • Overall departmental administration duties • Enforce and maintain housekeeping standards.
