RECEPTIONIST SL4 ADMIN CENTRE
SALARY NOTCH:R183 279-SL4 per annum
Requirements
- Matric / NCV Level 4
- Computer literate
- Sound Knowledge of switchboard
- Able to communicate with people
- Fluency in at least three language one of which must be English
Responsibilities
- Performing clerical tasks
- Direct visitors to the correct venues
- Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the callers need
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.
- Keeping track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the
building - Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member
