RECEPTIONIST SL4 ADMIN CENTRE

SALARY NOTCH:R183 279-SL4 per annum

Requirements

  • Matric / NCV Level 4
  • Computer literate
  • Sound Knowledge of switchboard
  • Able to communicate with people
  • Fluency in at least three language one of which must be English

Responsibilities

  • Performing clerical tasks
  • Direct visitors to the correct venues
  • Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the callers need
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.
  • Keeping track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the
    building
  • Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member
