Job Description
The Key Purpose of this role is to review, analyse and improve systems including support to problem solve and issues where Tech infrastructure integrates with application systems. The incumbent will consult with users, peers and stakeholders to identify current operating procedures and recommend improvements, Their primary responsibility will be to ensure that the necessary foundation is in place to enable the seamless end-to-end support of services. Additionally, will also be responsible for writing documentation to describe custom configuration of applications and operating procedures to liaison with 3rd party consultants.
