Icebolethu FSP, a division of Icebolethu Group is currently in search of suitable candidate to fill the position Senior Consultant located in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. The position is available on a permanent basis within the FSP, a Division of Icebolethu Group.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in Financial services

• Business Management, Marketing, or related tertiary qualification

• Clear ITC

• Clear criminal record

• RE–5 or RE-1 Qualification will be an advantage

• Have proven success in the Marketing of Life Assurance experience

• Financial advice and intermediary services

Travel Service Agent/Consultant

Description

ITravel , a division of Icebolethu Group is currently in search of suitable candidate to fill the position of Intermediate Travel Service Agent/Consultant located in Mthatha, Eastern Cape Province. The position is available on a fixed term basis within ITravel, a Division of Icebolethu Group.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Matric (required)

• Diploma in Travel/Tourism Management or equivalent (advantageous)

• Amadeus GDS certificate (advantageous)

Experience and Competencies required:

• Minimum 5 years Amadeus GDS experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a travel agency environment

• Proven sales and marketing skills in a travel setting

• Strong communication (verbal and written)

• Customer-orientated and professional

• High attention to detail

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Strong time management and urgency handling

• Confident sales and negotiation skills

Key Performance Areas

Client Service and Sales Support:

• Respond to client enquiries telephonically and via email

• Acknowledge and respond to all online travel queries with SLA

• Ascertain client needs and recommend suitable travel products and services

• Provide VIP service and professional travel advice at all timesBooking and Reservations Management:

• Manage bookings using Amadeus GDS including pre-seating, special meals, and other travel requirements.

• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to secure best deals and packages

• Ensure all booking are confirmed, documented, and accurately captured in client files.

• Advise clients of travel conditions, fare rules, and terms and conditions.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensure all travel documentation is issued on time (invoices, tickets, itineraries).

• Update client booking files with accurate and complete details

• Comply with company and supplier policies, travel regulations, and terms of service.

Marketing and Sales Initiatives:

• Support the marketing team in promoting travel packages and campaigns

• Proactively upsell and cross-sell additional travel products and services.

Icebolethu Group is calling for suitable candidates to apply for the position of Sales Manager within theFSP Department. The position will be based at our office located in Durban.

To manage and expand the FSP portfolio in the area for all intermediary product lines through direct interaction and online channels in a cost-effective and profitable manner.

To successfully co-create, support, and carry out intermediary initiatives to co-create value in the regional portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 Year Degree (BCom Honors, Business Science, Marketing, Business,Development, Insurance or related)
• Minimum 5-7 years related experience (Insurance and/or Funeral is preferred)
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory and/ or management experience
• RE Qualification preferred
• Certificate or Equivalent in Management Development Program is an advantage.

• By evaluating the strategy\’s content and its related vision, determine and prioritize the regional sales-specific resource needs to achieve strategy implementation.
• To support the deliberate implementation of strategic objectives, develop and frame regional sales specific KPIs and performance measures across business practices, service standards, and quality outputs.
• Manage and monitor financial elements through effective budgetary management, variance and exception reporting.
• Implement practices, and activities as these relate to regional sales to leverage internal organisation capability as appropriate for enhanced sales, service delivery and virtual/face to face relationships cheaper, faster and better.
• Maintain persistent focus of regional sales plan.
