Job Requirements
TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST HAVE: • Grade 12 NQF Level 4 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management at NQF Level 7; • and 5 years human capital function experience.

Job Requirements
Relevant Honours or Post Graduate qualification (NQF level 8) with a preference for law or public administration • 5 years relevant experience in a legislative or similar environment, of which 3 years must have been at a management level • Relevant Master’s Degree (NQF Level 9) would be advantageous with the above specified years of relevant experience.
