ANEW Hotels and Resorts are looking for an STO Sales Executive to drive business development and revenue growth through strategic partnerships with Special Tour Operators (STOs), travel agencies, and wholesale partners to increase group bookings and leisure travel across ANEW Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio.

The successful candidate will be based in Gauteng, Centurion or Cape Town

Key Responsibilities

Tour Operator & Travel Agency Relations

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with domestic and international tour

operators

• Build relationships with travel agencies, wholesale operators, and OTAs

• Identify and pursue new STO partnerships to expand market reach

• Negotiate partnership agreements and commission structures

• Ensure compliance with tour operator requirements and standards

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets for STO segment

• Negotiate competitive contracts, rates, and commission structures

• Develop attractive packages and special offers for STO partners

• Monitor and optimize pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
