    A car parking service situated in the Kempton Park area requires a male professional to fulfil the role of an assistant manager.

    Salary, market related/negotiable.

    Requirements:
    – A valid driver’s license and experience and advance driving proficiency a bonus.
    – Clean criminal record.
    – A strong customer service experience or Hospitality background (advantageous).
    – Adaptable to shift work.
    – Balancing pressure in fast paced environments.
    – A large team management performance.

    Skills required
    – Customer satisfaction and complaint handling.
    – Computer literacy, (Microsoft office,  Word and Excel)
    – Conflict resolution and problem solving.
    – Negotiation skills.
    –  Strong communication skills.

    Duties (Reports directly to the directors of the company)
    1. Operational oversight, ensuring the smooth running of the business in daily operations and procedures.
    2. Reduce customer wait time.
    3. Team leadership, train and supervise the team to ensure standard service is maintained at all times.
    4. Customer service is provided professionally and interaction between employees and customers is maintained.
    5. Maximizing revenue while controlling the expenses.
    6. Minimizing damage claims by ensuring car keys safety, proper parking, reports and records keeping.
    7. Equipment and facility management, ensuring daily walk abouts are done as early as possible to identify and reports on any faults on equipment, sites and repair issues to be done on time.
    8. Ensure that the supervisor is supported in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
