Companies Tribunal is an agency of the dtic established in terms of the Companies
Act 71 of 2008. The Tribunal’s mandate is to adjudicate applications made in terms
of the Act by reviewing decisions made by the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission (CIPC) and serve as a forum for alternative dispute resolution in any
matter arising under the Act

Remuneration: R406 838.00 – R449 663.05 per annum
3 Year Fixed Term Contract
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To provide support to the CFO in the implementation of the supply chain function in
accordance with the PFMA and Treasury regulations
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Assess needs to ensure that goods and services are acquired to deliver agreed
services of the Tribunal. - Coordinate and implement procurement plan.
- Implement and monitor demand management plan.
- Ensure that goods/services to be procured have not already been provided for on
National Treasury transversal contract. - Draft proper and unambiguous bidding documents and criteria.
- Invite bids from relevant service providers on the central supplier database.
- Advertise bids in prescribed media
- Open bids at the stipulated time and place upon closure of bids.
- List bids in a bid opening register upon receipt.
- Makes sure that all the required documentation are signed by a duly authorized
person. - Publish particulars of successful bidders in accordance with prescriptions.
- Administrate deviations from competitive bidding in accordance with prescripts
Minimum Job requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 2 years working experience in Supply Chain Management
Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions,
proportions, and percentages. - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Pastel and Internet Explorer. - Knowledge of PFMA, PPPFA, BBBEE, National Treasury regulations and related
instruction and circulars. - Attention to detail.
