Purpose of Job

Key Accountabilities

- Find a solution for problems with regional reach, source solutions with a regional reach. This includes facilitating conversation and content development sessions and facilitating execution between service provider, systems and client.
- Integrate and align mandated cross OME training.
- Ensure that training interventions are cost effective, addresses business needs, aligned to the Sasol’s learning delivery approach and designed for maximum transfer of learning at the workplace.
- Engage and manage Learning Management System Administrators to ensure the business can access the learning tools and that learning is registered.
- Ensure business processes are in place for efficient Learning Management System Administration activities.
- Manage requests from OME’s pertaining to additional reporting, large content updates and other that impacts on Learning Management System Administration workload.
- Act as an advocate and encourage Learning Manager’s contribution to Communities of Practice.
- Stay informed on competency frameworks and integration of learning and talent via the talent management system.

Key Accountabilities
Lead delivery of the integrated HR project portfolio
- Maintain an integrated portfolio view of approved HR projects, including scope, outcomes, milestones, dependencies, risks, owners, resources and value measures.
- Translate approved business priorities into practical delivery roadmaps and project plans.
- Coordinate project sequencing across OD, HRIS, Digital HR, People Analytics, HR governance and related improvement initiatives.
- Ensure initiatives are prioritised against strategic value, delivery readiness, risk, capacity and enterprise impact.

Govern delivery standards, controls and project assurance

- Support the Head Group OD, HRIS & People Analytics, and other HR leaders, in assessing new project demand and clarifying business outcomes.
- Facilitate intake discussions with HR leaders, CoEs, HRBPs, IM, Finance and relevant business stakeholders.
- Test whether proposed initiatives have clear ownership, value case, delivery capacity, funding route and governance pathway.
- Identify duplication, conflicting priorities, resource constraints and delivery overload across the portfolio.
- Recommend sequencing, phasing or consolidation of initiatives where required.
- Maintain visibility of internal and external delivery capacity, including vendor and implementation partner dependencies.
Lead benefits realisation and value tracking
- Support the development of project value cases, benefit hypotheses and success measures.
- Partner with Finance, project sponsors and functional owners to define and validate benefit measures.
- Track value delivery across the project lifecycle, including adoption, efficiency, cost avoidance, risk reduction, productivity, cycle-time improvement and employee / manager experience outcomes.
- Ensure project reporting distinguishes between activity completed, adoption achieved and value realised.
- Identify underperforming initiatives early and recommend corrective actions, scope decisions or closure where value is no longer clear.
Enable change adoption and stakeholder alignment
- Work with functional owners, change leads and communication partners to ensure change and adoption plans are embedded into project delivery.
- Coordinate stakeholder mapping, engagement routines, change readiness checks and adoption tracking across major initiatives.
- Ensure employee, manager and HR-user impacts are understood before implementation.
- Support alignment between business requirements, process implications, technology solutions and adoption needs.
- Coordinate project communications and executive updates in partnership with relevant communication owners.
- Track post-implementation adoption issues, feedback and improvement actions.
Manage vendor, partner and cross-functional delivery interfaces
- Coordinate vendor and implementation partner activity against agreed project plans, deliverables and governance expectations.

Improve HR project delivery maturity
- Standardise project documentation, dashboards, delivery routines, governance packs and lessons-learned practices.
- Identify recurring delivery pain points and implement practical improvements.
- Build stronger project discipline among HR project sponsors, workstream leads and functional SMEs.
- Encourage reuse of proven methods, templates, adoption plans and value-tracking approaches.
- Support a culture of fewer, clearer, better-governed projects with stronger business outcomes.
Formal Education
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Programme / Project Management, Industrial / Organisational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field)
Advantageous / preferred:
- Postgraduate qualification in HR, Business, Digital Transformation, Project / Programme Management, Change Management, Information Systems or related field.
- Relevant project / programme / portfolio management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Scrum, PMO / portfolio management or benefits realisation.
- Change management certification would be advantageous.
- Exposure to HR technology, data governance, analytics, AI governance, process optimisation or digital adoption methods would be advantageous.
Working Experience

Provide first line (operational) assurance to the Cybersecurity team by verifying that security controls are properly designed and operating effectively across core security domains. The role designs and performs control monitoring, testing, gathers evidence and reports objective outcomes against Sasol’s IT Critical Cybersecurity Controls (CIS v8.1 mapped to NIST CSF 2.0) and related policies/standards enabling timely remediation and demonstrable compliance. Key Accountabilities
Control design assurance
- Validate control design against internal standards and policies (e.g., AD/Entra ID, PAM, SOC logging, firewall hygiene), raising design gaps and concessions where needed.
- Translate enterprise control objectives (CIS/NIST CSF) into testable control statements and SOPs for first line checks across identity, endpoint, network, data protection, logging/monitoring, and incident response.
- Embed doer–checker separation for high-risk activities; ensure evidence trails meet internal and external assurance expectations.
Operating effectiveness & continuous monitoring
- Plan and execute control tests (periodic and continuous), collecting Outcome-Driven Metrics (ODMs) for the Cyber Safety Score dashboard.

Purpose of Job
Provide administrative/secretarial services to the relevant team thereby also assumes responsibility for general departmental management. Play a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the team. Provide high level support services that impact the effectiveness of the managers and functional area.
Key Accountabilities
- Providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Responsible for ‘general area / department and is the team’s expert in methods and tasks efficiencies.
- Operates within relatively standardised guidelines from superior/s regarding what is required and how it is to be done.
- Constantly interacts with people in dealing with day-to-day effectiveness of delivery.
- Duties performed may include preparation of documents and reports, the use of office technology, compiling records, organizing and maintaining files, posting information, greeting/referring/assisting visitors/clients/staff/others, mail distribution, and photocopying.
- Delivers on time and within required standards. Deals with immediate and relatively short-term issues with procedural routine thinking challenges.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
- Devises and maintains an effective paper-based filing system, where required for the team.
- Prints, faxes and scans relevant documents (e.g., travel forms, etc.).
- Sorts and distributes incoming post and organises and sends outgoing post.
- Organises and stores paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Completes forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
