JOB PURPOSE
To help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, two or three years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise
sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across the group. The ideal candidate must bring fresh innovative ideas, but also be willing to implement them, be non-traditional in approach, and relate to employees across all business unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Strategic planning of recruitment initiatives
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager to analyse and identify business hiring needs.
  • Co-develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy for scarce talent.
  • Conduct research and provide insight into competitors and peer organisations.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Analyse hiring metrics, compile reports, and provide insights into the recruitment lifecycle to guide and inform decision making.
  1. Setup and preparation of recruitment initiatives
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Administration and configuration of recruiting software.
  • Compile all recruiting related documentation in line with the company standard recruitment process.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
  1. Recruitment lifecycle
  • Source and headhunt potential candidates through online platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, PNet, Wamly).
  • Screen candidates’ applications and select appropriate candidates to be shortlisted.
  • Schedule screening calls, interviews and assessments.
  • Conduct screening calls, assess technical ability and evaluate culture fit for shortlisted candidates.
  • Shortlist qualified candidates to be interviewed by hiring managers.
  • Provide psychometric feedback to hiring managers.
  • Conduct at least 2 phone call reference checks on every shortlisted candidate’s CV.
  • Support hiring managers in the evaluation and assessment of candidates to determine suitability for a given position.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Ensure that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process.

SCOOTER DRIVER

Job Purpose

As a Scooter Driver you’ll be required to ensure safe and efficient delivery of parcels/ items
ensure compliance to the Ntiyiso’s operational standards and traffic regulations. This role requires
strong navigation skills, a focus on safety, and excellent time management to ensure timely
deliveries. This role includes loading, transporting, delivering items, and managing specific routes
to deliver packages for and to the Company.

Key Responsibilities
● Safely transport parcel orders to designated locations within specified time frames.
● Handle items with care to prevent damage during transit.
● Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize time and fuel efficiency.
● Utilize GPS systems and maps to navigate through traffic and reach destinations on time.
● Conduct regular inspections of the motorbike to ensure it is in good working condition.
● Report any mechanical issues, damage, or maintenance needs to the employer.
● Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others on
the road.
● Use appropriate safety gear, including helmets and reflective clothing when required.
● Provide courteous and professional service to customers, ensuring a positive delivery
experience.
● Handle customer inquiries and address any delivery-related issues promptly.

● Properly load and secure items on the motorbike to prevent damage or accidents during
transit.
● Assist with unloading items and verifying the accuracy of deliveries.
● Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, addresses, and any issues
encountered.
● Complete delivery logs, receipts, and any necessary paperwork.
● Maintain clear communication with dispatchers or supervisors regarding delivery schedules
and any changes or delays.

Job Purpose
A Contact Centre Team Leader supervises the day-to-day delivery of the contact centre
processes and services. The team provides a customer service experience for customers
needing assistance regarding their municipality accounts in line with Ntiyiso Consulting’s
operational excellence standards, procedural compliance and customer experience expectations.
In addition, the Team Leader oversees the financial information analysis to make appropriate
repayment agreements for customers with delinquent accounts. The main goal is to improve the
cash position and reduce the debt book of the clients.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements:

● National Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Management,
Operations Management or related qualification.
● 5 years prior experience in debt collection, customer service, call centre and/ or related work experience.

Desirable Requirements

● 15 years of experience in debt collection, customer service and call centre or related experience

Other Requirements are not prerequisite

● Registration with the debt collection council

JOB PURPOSE
The Legal Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the Legal Unit of our Contact Centre. Provide prelegal assistance and prepare legal documents for the Debt Collection cases. Plan and organise legal activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to business policies. The
incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and drafting documents such as demand notices, organising files, calling on debtors handed over, and maintaining a legal library. You will be accountable for accomplishing multi-level duties in a professional and timely manner, from scheduling client
meetings to communicating amongst departments where necessary.

JOB PURPOSE
The data analyst will be responsible for driving the firm’s data strategy within the contact centre. They will liaise with the contact centre manager(s) to ensure the highest levels of project delivery. They will create and deliver data-driven solutions, insights, and analyses to provide value to a portfolio/business area, by gathering, validating, integrating, structuring, documenting, presenting, and interpreting data. The role requires professional experience in data extraction, wrangling, analysis, visualisation, and reporting on complex data sets to draw conclusions from them to inform the decision-making process at a management level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform data wrangling, which may include but not limited to the collection, extraction, integration, mapping, transforming, structuring, validation, exploring, cleaning, and storing of data.
