Purpose
To administer the bid process and source goods and services for the CCMA in compliance with Supply Chain Management Policies and Procedures.
Key Performance Areas :-
- Bid Process Administration; Efficiently coordinate and administer all aspects of the bid process, from initiation to award. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal processes.
- Sourcing of Quotes; Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential suppliers. Obtain competitive quotes and negotiate favorable terms.
- Placing Orders; Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential suppliers. Obtain competitive quotes and negotiate favorable terms.
- Supplier Performance Evaluation; Establish and maintain a robust system for evaluating supplier performance. Provide feedback to suppliers to ensure continuous improvement.
- Supply Chain Management Compliance; Stay updated on SCM policies, regulations, and industry best practices. Guarantee adherence to compliance standards throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Provision of Demand Management; Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and forecast demand. Develop strategies for efficient demand planning and procurement plan management.
- Provision of Contract Management; Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring terms are met and risks are mitigated. Collaborate with legal and finance teams for contract reviews and approvals.
- Reporting; Generate comprehensive reports on procurement activities. Provide regular updates to management on procurement status and potential areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- National Diploma in Supply Chain Management or other relevant qualifications.
- 2 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Management or other relevant fields of which 1 year is in the public sector.

Purpose: Manage the functionality and staff of the CCMA Contact Centre i.e. Information Services as well as Call Centre and observing allocated budget. Ensure the improvement of systems, operational processes, compliance with legislation, SOPs, policies and best practice. Continuously assess and mitigate risks facing the Contact Centre and facilitate maximum performance through effective operational planning, monitoring and oversight. Foster and maintain professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Quarterly and annual reporting to DP&R Management as well as contributions to the DP&R Governance reporting to the GB and GB sub-committees.
Key Performance Areas (Include but not limited to):
- Contact Centre – Operations and Financial Management
- Information Centre Management
- Contact Centre Performance monitoring and reporting
- People Management
- Risk and Compliance Management
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Labour Law/HR or similar qualification/ in-house Commissioner training or LDRP
- 5 years’ experience in the dispute resolution environment / HR advise within a Call Centre environment of which 2 years in Management; report writing, exposure to risk registers, business continuity.
