JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a talentpool role, meaning that it is not an active job but rather a place that we can collect suitable talent for when the role is available. What does an E-Retailer do? Essentially, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products allocated to the online store have the correct information and are launched online in time to ensure products appear correctly.  Demonstrating creativity and a good business mind set you will be in the position to create a virtual shopping experience for shoppers, providing key information and creating a perfect visual experience. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

– The E-Retailer must ensure that merchandise visual presentation quality, style and application are captured in such a way that it optimises the sale of the respective merchandise.

– The E-Retailer is responsible to create and load appropriate categorisation for each product category.

– Align launching on products with key campaign

– Management of the physical ecommerce store: in terms of fragmentation and clearance.

– Marketing integration by working closely with the Online Marketer which will assist to understand which products have led customers to our e-commerce store and their respective buying and browsing behavior.

– Sales accountability to the Brand Merchants to drive sales of their respective merchandise which will involve constant collaboration with the brand merchants.

QUALIFICATIONS

– Relevant Digital Marketing, Fashion Degree or Diploma – Flair for fashion

– Excellent verbal and written communication

– Experience in copy writing would be preferred

Studio Team Lead Mr Price

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for an energetic, people-oriented Studio Team Lead who is passionate about fashion and photography to join our in-house Photographic Studio. This role demands excellent communication skills, leadership abilities and fashion experience and will suit an individual who is looking to grow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Team leadership: build and maintain a cohesive team of photographers and stylists that are collaborative, efficient, and effective.

·       Management of creative output: work closely with the photographic team to deliver on-brand images that meet the agreed requirements for the online catalogue.

·       Manage the creative studio process: Collaborate with relevant teams to execute preproduction activities, deliver against agreed creative vision, hands-on art direction, selection and booking of models, tracking and reporting of studio/shoot costing, scamping as required and all shoot co-ordination requirements. 

·       Lead Studio Production, Planning Meetings and Prepare Seasonal Presentations: Run shoot production and planning meetings, contributing ideas and motivating and inspiring the team to achieve brand objectives. Additionally, the Studio Team Lead will play a crucial role in providing input on seasonal presentations.

·       Marketing and Style Studio liaison: Develop strong links between Marketing and Style Shoot to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of shoots and brand personality between the 2 photographic teams.     

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Degree in Photography/ Fashion          

·       4 – 5 years’ experience in commercial photography     

·       1-2 years in a leadership position         

·       Passionate about fashion and clothing trends

• Experience in art direction is preferred
