| Duties and Responsibilities | Minimum 3yrs in heavy IndustrySpecific:-Conveyor belts, Screw conveyors,Elevators,Scraper Chains, Pan Conveyors, Roller conveyors, Hydraulics & Pneumatics, Rotary Kilns,Gearboxes,Hydrocone crushers, Vertical roller & ball Mills,Reclaimers,Packer & Palletisers and good in bearing installation and applications. Maintain housekeeping, safety, health and environmental standardsTo assist the maintenance team to achieve high level of availability of machinery and equipment in the plantEnsure all mechanical plant repairs are carried out in accordance with required standardsAdhere to maintenance systems and policiesPrompt reaction time to breakdowns and requestsAssist with the spares planning for the maintenanceAccurate admin of related issues (timekeeping, history feedback, repair text, job cards)Adherence to systems and authority levelsTo complete all job cards issued as per plan schedulePerform Standby dutiesWork night shifts when required.Application of company best practices / engineering standards (ACP’s / Risk Assessments)Maintain housekeeping, safety, health and environmental standards (SHEQ compliance |
