Administration Assistant

Our client who is in the Automotive industry is currently looking for an Administration Assistant to the F&I based in the East Rand.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare costings, quote packs and general administration.
  • Candidate must be naturally detailed, able to learn new concepts quickly and be naturally accurate with numbers.
  • Quotations Preparation.
  • Quote Pack Preparation.
  • Signoff Pack Preparation.
  • Secondary Client Contact.
  • Compilation of Variations orders.
  • The design, quotations and revisions need to be consistent and accurate. In order to build trust with the client, they need to see that each quote, design and revision received has been thought through, makes sense and is according to their requirements.
  • Once the costing has been checked, move onto the quote pack.

Requirements:

  • Must have an NCR qualification.
  • 2 -3 years of experience within the Financial sector.
  • Computer literate with advanced Excel skills.

Remuneration:

  • R15 000 gross per month + provident fund.
