Minimum Requirements:
- Accounting Degree
- SAIPA Registered
- 5+ years Retail Financial Management experience, with a strong understanding of Stock Management
- Pastel Evolution experience
Please note that the Financial Manager is required to travel to retail stores located in townships around the Western Cape.
Remuneration: R45 000 monthly CTC negotiable
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Preparation and maintenance of Annual Financial Budgets
- Facilitation of achieving targets in Annual Financial Budgets.
- Preparation, presentation, and analysis of monthly Management Accounts.
- Stock Count Variance reporting, analysis, and proposed resolutions.
- Management of personnel within the financial function, including planning of weekly and monthly workflows and delegation of specific activities.
- Preparation of accounts for Audit purposes (Audit File).
- Maintenance and reporting on the cash position of the Company on a daily basis to the Managing Director and monthly to the Board of Directors.
- Assistance with analysis of the feasibility of financing and investment proposals and opportunities.
- Design and maintenance of Inventory System and Financial Reporting System.
- Design and maintenance of the Company’s IT infrastructure and networks.
- Design and maintenance of all pricing and recipe sheets, and monthly pricing of all products.
- Assistance with the design and achievement of financial strategic objectives.
- Submission of all relevant and required SARS documents timeously.
- Ensuring timely payment of suppliers and service providers.
- Monthly analysis of all Debtors and Creditors reconciliations.
