Requirements :

  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification). Knowledge of Persal system and proven ability to work on the system is recommended. Good telephone etiquette, good interpersonal skills. Capturing skills. Have a good work ethic. Computer literacy (proof may be required). Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to pay attention to detail. Ability to work with a wide range of internal and external client. Ability to handle confidential information. Knowledge of regulations and legislative framework related to personnel administration. 12 months exposure in human resource work environment and completion of PERSAL Introductory course will be added an advantage.

Duties :

  • Implement Human Resource administration practices. Recruitment and Selection (Advertisements, Appointments, Transfer, verification of qualifications, secretariat functions at interviews, absorptions and probationary periods). Implement conditions of services (Leave, Housing, Medical, Injury on Duty, Long Service Recognition, Overtime, Relocation, Pension, Allowances, PILIR. Coordinate Performance Management. Termination of service. Ensure safe keeping of document and filling of all related documents. Capturing of leave, overtime and other related transactions on PERSAL System. Daily coordination of all related activities participates during compilation of monthly reports.
