Role summary |
The Receptionist has exceptional interpersonal communication skills and is the often the first point of contact to the visitors and patients of the hospital. The Receptionist is responsible for the complete admissions process and handling of associated queries with various stakeholders. |

Admitting patients into the Hospital which includes Pre-AdmissionsAccurate recording of patient information into the systemWith the assistance of the various admission systems or web applications, engage with patients on medical aid rules, benefits, and co-payments to ensure that the business financial risk is adequately managed Receive payments in the form of cash and credit cards only |
