Specialist ICT Commercialisation – Grade D2
An exciting vacancy exists at Corporate Office for an experienced Specialist ICT Commercialisation within the Commercial and Business Development Division.
Key Performance Output
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Group Manager Commercialisation, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:
- Develop ICT Contracts in line with standard integrity and quality requirements.
- Complete contract negotiations and executions within agreed timelines.
- Implement commercial 2030 strategy in relation to ICT Commercialization.
- Monitor the revenue performance of the portfolio against the budget and market trends.
- Develop and execute processes and procedures.
- Submission of business reports within required timeframe.
- Comply with IT and airport operations regulations.
- Identify and implement risk management interventions as required by business.
- Identify and adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Report non-compliance and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
- Establish and implement commercial ICT policy.
- Timeously attend to audit findings and Co-ordinate initiatives to resolve findings.
- Co-ordinate initiatives to manage risks.
- Ensure communication of commercial ICT products & services to external stakeholders and customize ICT products & services to suit stakeholder’s specifications.
- Provide professional support to external stakeholders to ensure achievement of functional and Organisational objectives.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders.
- Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of organisational goals.
- Implement remedial actions where required.
Technical Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required:
- Bachelors’ Degree (3 years – 360 credits) in Business management /IT NQF 7 is essential.
- 6 to 8 years operational experience in airport commercialization, ICT sales or stakeholder relations is essential.
- 3 to 5 years Product design and Innovation/ marketing strategy and airport operations management is recommended.
- MS Office at intermediate level.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide proof of their qualifications, NQF level and credits, and must be eligible for Top Security Clearance within 3 months of appointment.
