Job Req ID3314Closing Date9 January 2024OMEEBU: Mobility & Customer ExperienceLocationSandtonPurpose of JobThe Snr Specialist Tools & Systems will be responsible for the overall management of the Retail infrastructure from a business perspective in collaboration with the Sasol IT team to drive a uniform and innovative infrastructure environment at retail site level.Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities• Planning, coordination and execution of installations, moves, additions and changes to the Retail IT infrastructure• Management, maintenance and updates of the Retail IT infrastructures and Cyber Security• Troubleshoot, repair and support hardware and software issues related to supported internal Retail IT systems and business applications related to the environment• Monitor performance of the Retail IT infrastructure equipment and related systems, with corrective recommendations for improvement• Ensure availability and business continuity of the Retail IT based infrastructures• Retail IT infrastructure configuration management and physical asset management• Help define IT infrastructure strategies and processes• Enforce Sasol IT group governance policies• To ensure consistent development and maintenance the infrastructure at site level• To develop, maintain and improve relevant decision-making tools that are required to deliver an optimised plan in a data-driven manner.• Works with relevant work teams to identify and prioritise list of suggested improvements such as, but not limited to, operational changes, capital projects, and environmental regulations.• Management of associated partner relationships• Management of the end to end payment solutions with relevant partners• To ensure innovate development of the infrastructure to drive salesFormal EducationB Com DegreeHonours Degree will be an added advantageMin Experience11 years relevant experience in the payments and retail IT environmentBehavioural (BC) |Technical (TC) |Leadership (LC)BC_Optimizes Work ProcessesBC_Instills TrustTC_Enterprise Readiness AssessmentTC_Policies and ProceduresTC_Business Requirements AnalysisBC_Values Diversity and InclusionTC_AssessmentBC_Decision QualityBC_Drives ResultsTC_Planning and Organisation
