Key Responsibility AreasSupervise the activities and the work process flow of the team of staff assigned.
Manage staff in the section/team.
Ensure that accounts are correct and despatched timeously.
Process or authorise adjustments at a supervisory level.
Ensure that correspondence is replied to promptly and correctly.
Participate in the maintenance of the computerised billing programs.
Attend to consumer and departmental queries.
Attend court hearings and prepare relevant documentation.
Promote the use of credit control and monitor security of guarantees held.
