Emergency Medical Care Degree (B-EMC/B-Tech) or a Critical Care
Assistant (CCA).
 Must have a valid PDRP for passengers and a valid Code 08 Driver’s
License.

environment would be beneficial.

Pharmacy Stock Clerk

Role Summary
The Stock Clerk is responsible for optimal inventory administration throughout the hospital by
being actively involved in the maintenance, movement and the accuracy of stock levels. This
individual will apply their understanding of stock and their eye for detail to identify possible
discrepancies, balance stock levels against the system and effectively resolve any differences. The
Stock Clerk will further be responsible to maintain good working relationships, fulfil work
requests and ensure the overall neatness and cleanliness of their respective are of responsibility.

Inherent Requirements
 Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4 certificate.
 Basic stores and stock control certificate (BSSC)
 Previous experience in stock management.
 6 months to one year experience working in similar role
 Knowledge and experience of a pharmaceutical stock control system.
 An intermediate level of Computer Literacy and proficiency in MS
Office applications.
 Superior interpersonal skills
 Demonstrates excellent organisational skills: organised and
structured with an exceptional attention to detail.
 Multi-tasking ability and the ability to handle stressful situations and

Receptionist

Work Experience

Ward Administrator

Role Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for the co-ordination of all secretarial and
administration work in the ward. The Ward Administrator is also responsible for
receiving all new patients, visitors, and doctors in the ward and to make them feel
welcome. Assisting in maintaining stock levels in the ward. Assist the ward, staff
and the Unit Manager with all stock and ordering duties. The incumbent will be
also responsible for liaising with Specialist rooms to ensure all bookings are done
and collaborate with the nursing team. Be part of the patient experience to
maintain patient satisfaction and excellence.

Inherent Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification – Essential
Business Administration and / or Secretarial Qualification – Preferred
2-3 years’ experience in administration position – Essential
Computer literate – Essential
Knowledge of SAP IS-H is advantageous – Preferred
