Internal Audit Senior

Position Summary:

The Senior Internal Auditor is responsible for independently leading audit assignments across operations, finance, manufacturing, and sales. The role involves evaluating effectiveness of internal controls, assessing risk management practices, and identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. This position provides guidance to internal and junior auditors and ensures that audits are conducted in line with professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute audits across departments including manufacturing, distribution, inventory, procurement, and sales.

Assistant PMO

It’s fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they’re doing!Your primary function is to assist with project management duties by overseeing and performing administrative functions related to the projects within Snacks, Treats & Beverages business. You will also be responsible for the integrity, completion, consistency, and accuracy of all TIP (Tiger Innovation Process) documentation, working cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D Managers, Product & Packaging Technologists and Supply Chain to ensure that information is produced in a timely, accurate and consistent fashion and projects are launched on time in full (OTIF).

– Support the PMO Manager and/or Project Lead by coordinating, chairing, and facilitating all project meetings (brainstorming sessions, scoping sessions, status updates, etc).

– Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes, distribute pre-read, etc.

– Compile and distribute critical path schedules – Determine tasks, timelines, milestones and interdependencies between different work streams ensuring resource is optimally allocated and timelines are adhered to

– Manage changes to project scope and schedule by adjusting critical path schedule (CPS) and work breakdown structure to bring the project back on track.

– Revise the selected course of action and provide regular updates to project team members on upcoming tasks, deadlines, dependencies, risks and reports to be performed in order to ensure that the project runs on track

– Management of TIP templates and project specific documentation. Ensuring that the relevant documentation is correctly completed and centrally filed for each phase of the project

– Complete all necessary reports for the project and documentation (e.g. documentation dashboard, project registers, status reports, etc.) within category

-Ensure that project management disciplines are in place and are regularly updated (e.g. project prioritisation, RAID log, change log, etc.)

-You will assist with ongoing following up and chasing the completion of documentation (as identified in the Project Dashboard) to ensure OTIF delivery

– Responsible for maintaining the structure and consistency of the document filing system, enabling the ease of access and use by other authorised parties

– As you perform your role you are encouraged to look for efficiencies in the process that could result in efficiencies for, among other things, document filing, improve document control, and enhance document sharing

Chep Control

Ensure we have enough pallets for production on site.

 Ensure Pallet recon and counts are done monthly

Ensure all our expenses are   

within Budget  Manage outsourced labour requisitions and PO’s  

Ensure PO’s are raised before invoices.

 Check if transport rates balances to the charges.

 Overtime Management,

 Ensure we manage Gas usage effectively.

Inventory

 Ensure Finished Goods Stock counts is done according to the SOP.  Ensure all stock movements to damages is done timeousfy to avoid stock losses.

 Manage FIFO Principles

Ensure 5AM reports are accurate and ready before Daily Production Meetings.

Audits

 No repeat findings for the department.

Ensure all RMAs are passed within 3 working days upon arrival on site

Ensure filing is up to date all the time

 Manage Over and under weights and ensure that there is final check done before truck leaves site and signed off.
