New Business Sales Executive Vaal

A vacancy exists at Nashua (Pty) Limited for a New Business Sales Executive, to be based in Vaal, reporting to the New Business Sales Manager.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Sales executive is responsible for helping build up the business by identifying new business prospects and selling solutions to them. They must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Experience in Sales of Office Automation, Network, Software, Access Control, CCTV and VoIP infrastructure will be an advantage 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
  • Make telephone calls and in-person visits to prospective customers including presentations.
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective customers according to company standards.
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the company.
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the territory/segment.
  • Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Maintain and update CRM Tool with diary entries, prospect sheets, quotes, lost order sheet, sales activity sheets and keep a proper pipeline / Report accurately on sales activities on CRM Tool.
  • Develop and maintain existing base.
  • Ensure all contracts and other documentation are completed correctly and all the required documentation is submitted to the sales coordinator to process the deals.
  • Achieve 100% of monthly / annual sales targets.
  • Achieve growth and account penetration within the assigned territory and market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
  • Manage accurate forecast commitments and pipeline as well as develop new prospects.
  • Cross-sell all lines of business to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

Price and Franchise Fee Administrator

A vacancy exists at Nashua (Pty) Limited for a Price and Franchise Fee Administrator, to be based in Woodmead, reporting to the Head of Product: Print.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

To effectively handle all operations activities of the assigned portfolio while working closely with the Head of Product, the Product Team and adjacent business units throughout the company.

To support the assigned portfolio in operational execution, activities and building relationships with various teams to pinpoint challenging areas and offer data influenced resolutions while ensuring operational and data efficiencies, aligning products and services to the overall business and product strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Matric
  • Business qualification, diploma or degree
  • Prior experience in Office Automation/ ICT industry would be beneficial
  • Understanding of Print Industry

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Price Administration – Print

  • Be First line for queries on Hardware Support Pricing and associated credit notes.
  • Assist Franchise Sales Analyst with Support price request analysis.
  • Assist Franchise sales Analyst with Credit Note analysis.
  • Assist Product Managers and Franchise Sales Analyst with queries and follow up for Suppliers or Distributors, and Franchises.
  • Assist with process changes for Support Price Requests.
  • Assist in tracking Supplier Support against orders placed and support issued to franchises. This is to reconcile that the quantities and numbers match up and all support is fully utilised.

Reporting On Price and Cost Movements

  • Run weekly ERP reports to ensure product master file integrity is maintained.
  • Assist Product Managers with weekly and monthly costing sheets to address variance files on shipments and supplier prices.
  • Assist product managers to document processes pertaining to price uploads and price changes.
  • Keep accurate records of all price changes and assist product managers to find relevant documentation during audits or inquiries.

Training and Equipping

  • Complete vendor certification and training to ensure you are skilled on your assigned portfolio and fully understand all operational process. Assist in maintaining documentation for all vendor processes.
  • Know and understand vendor portals to be able to check and extract information, check and load support price requests or other relevant documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining all channel facing Standard Operating Procedures and training materials for assigned portfolio.
  • Review processes to recommend changes where it is not functional well for internal and /or external stakeholders.

Franchise Fee Administrative Duties

  • Assist Franchise Fee Analyst in maintaining and compiling standard operating procedures and associated documentation for Franchise Fees.
  • Assist Franchise Fee Analyst to identify and monitor unclassified products to be processed for classification.
  • Assist Franchise Fee analyst to process incoming settlements and rentals. This extends to storage and retrieval of any information gathered.
  • Be first line of support for any incoming queries on Franchise fees.
  • Assist Franchise Fee analyst in monthly compiling of Franchise Fee Reports and Board Reports.

Other Assignments

To perform any assignments if and when requested to do so by the Head of Product: Print, or any C – level Executive.
