Drive business growth through effective recruitment, retention, and comprehensive management of diverse Financial Advisers. Ensure alignment of company objectives with adviser execution, ensuring strict regulatory compliance (FSCA) and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).

5-7 years
7-10 years of progressive experience within the insurance, financial services, or asset management sectors. This includes at least 3-5 years at a management level, overseeing teams or significant operational areas. Proven track record in sales and distribution management, with demonstrated experience in financial adviser recruitment, retention, and development. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams, including independent contractors.

Job Description
To design, code, test, debug and correct programs in software engineering environments within the continuous delivery pipe line as well as provide support and maintenance of systems. In addition, produce software specifications in accordance with the technical requirements, within the framework of the software quality assurance standards.
Experience with big data and cloud technologies on AWS, including Amazon Athena, AWS Lambda, AWS CloudFormation, Amazon EMR, and Apache Spark.
