    Purpose of the Position:

Assist with managing and tracking every child’s development plan and daily routine
Assist with consistent record keeping and the development of new material
Develop and maintain relationships with parents and relay relevant information and communications
Assist with the management of health and safety measures within the environment; identify and create awareness of safety and health hazards
Assist with planning and execution of quarterly events in line with customer and budget requirements

     Key Performance Objectives Tasks

    Quality of learning and child development.

Assist in managing daily routines and child attendance, including daily preparation of the Montessori Environment; indoors and outdoors
Assist with record keeping and Bird’s Eye View of Montessori presentations are updated weekly and making one relevant material per term
Plan weekly and execute art and gross motor activities daily, according to child’s milestones
Assist in monthly observation and referring to Directress and HOD

Assist with Parent relationships

Building parent relationships through communication and feedback on daily basis (verbal)
Ensure that all negative feedback is discussed with the lead Directress and HOD before giving the feedback to the parent.
Communicate parent concerns with HOD and lead Directress

Health & Safety

Identify health and safety hazards in the work area both indoor and outdoor through weekly risk assessments and daily checks.
Manage health and safety hazards in the learning environment through taking the appropriate action to correct the situation.
Management of incident and accident procedures and the escalation process
Awareness, knowledge, recording and liaising with the pediatric nurse regarding allergies and illnesses.
Active and vigilant playground duty at all times

Administration

Keep abreast of policies and procedures and review their relevance.
Projects

Considering the customers (children, parents and team) needs when planning the school and class project with consideration of the allocated budget.
Participate in the overall school project plan as well as departmental projects
Briefing with the HODs & Project team on a continuous basis leading up to the project completion
Innovation and implementation of new ideas relating to the school
Communicating information to all involved parties in a timeous manner to ensure the project success
Organize a post-mortem after the completion of the project and report to HOD or principal
Qualifications: Essential

Purpose of the Position:

To effectively manage and co-ordinate the creative assets across the SuperSport Marketing, Digital and Content divisions. Responsible for collaborating with the teams to develop, implement and maintain creative guidelines and executions. The role will require working with internal teams and external suppliers deliver creative concepts and campaigns across multiple channels and platforms that are aligned to business objectives.

Key Performance Objectives

Strategy Formulation and Execution

Lead the development of creative concepts/campaigns based on strategy and insights to deliver impactful work for the brand.
Insight: an insightful approach to engaging the market
Oversee the creative team to deliver compelling creative concepts and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Lead the creative vision for the SuperSport brand, aligning with its overall brand identity and business objectives.
Monitor and analyse the performance of creative campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure all creative deliverables meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Develop a content roadmap and editorial calendar that aligns with seasonal sports events, programming schedules, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
Lead brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops to generate innovative ideas, concepts, and themes for creative campaigns, content formats, visual styles, and storytelling approaches.
Optimise creative strategies for multi-platform distribution, including television, digital platforms, social media, mobile apps, and OTT services.
Operational Delivery

Conceptualise creative ideas collaborating with the team.
Review and guide creative thinking and campaign execution.
Hire relevant required freelance resources against required projects.
Keep track of the overall communication landscape.
Constantly strive to improve workflow and processes to work more efficiently and accurately.
Effectively manage the creative department.
Budget Management

Collaborate with Finance to develop annual creative budgets based on strategic priorities, campaign objectives, and resource requirements.
Manage creative budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve optimal results.
Prepare comprehensive budget reports, presentations, and recommendations for budget adjustments or reallocations as needed.
Continuously evaluate budget performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI metrics.
Identify areas of budget optimization, such as streamlining production processes, leveraging technology solutions, or reallocating resources for greater efficiency and impact.
Conduct thorough cost estimations for each project, including pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution costs. Work closely with production teams to ensure accurate budget forecasting and cost control measures.
Stakeholder Management

Work closely with content, and production teams to develop comprehensive creative briefs that outline project objectives, messaging strategies, target audience profiles, key deliverables, timelines, and budget considerations.
Identify creative opportunities and propose them to the marketing team.
Consult various people within the business for the information required to deliver relevant and effective work (insight into the markets, product, content, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high quality campaigns and ensure creative strategies are integrated seamlessly across all touchpoints and aligned with broader business objectives.
Build interdepartmental relationships for effective communication.
People Management

Oversee the activities of the team to ensure effective delivery of business outcomes.
Develop a high performing team by embedding formal performance management process using I-perform system and informal coaching.
Encourage frequent knowledge sharing between team members.
Determine and analyse development needs for the team and ensure that identified training requirements are budgeted for and executed.
Interview and recruit new members of the team, including determining appropriate compensation levels with input from Human Capital.
Interview and recruit freelance resource for the internal solutions focused agency as required.
Create effective workforce and recruitment demand plans to ensure that current and future business requirements can be met.

Qualifications Essentials:

A Post graduate degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field
Experience

At least 8-10 years’ experience in advertising, production, or content industry.
Production experience across channels to deliver creative work including:
TV/Video: experience working with directors and production teams, on-set experience, ability to give feedback to creatives and creative partners (agency and internal)
Radio: experience choosing voices and directing radio in studio
Digital: understanding of digital production
Social and Performance Marketing asset production
Proven track record of success in creative leadership roles, preferably within an agency setting and with experience working on Media and Entertainment brands.
Experience through-the-line: all round experience in creative concept development and campaign development across multiple channels (online and offline.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align creative initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns and iterate based on data insights.
An understanding of various production procedures, computer software and web design principles
Working knowledge of photography, typography, and other printing techniques.
Creativity, insightfulness, a unique understanding of the creative process.
Experience with design tools (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, iMovie).

To ensure that there is technical support to the relevant operating teams.
