We are seeking an experienced GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) platform product owner and project manager to lead our MetricStream implementation and ongoing development. This dual role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on project management to deliver enterprise-wide risk management, audit, HSEC and compliance solutions. The main tasks and responsibilities include:

Product owner:

Project management:

  • Implementation leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and rollout of GRC platform enhancements and new modules.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Manage complex, multi-departmental projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Vendor management: Coordinate with MetricStream supplier team and internal IT resources.
  • Risk and quality assurance: Conduct regular system audits, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and implement quality controls.
  • Performance monitoring: Develop and track KPIs to measure platform effectiveness and project

Technical Experience:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) or professional certifications in business, risk management, or data governance.
  • 10+ years’ experience delivering ERM frameworks and MetricStream implementations in global organizations.
  • Effective in managing enterprise system rollouts with comprehensive project management capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of MetricStream features (AI-driven insights, heat maps, compliance automation).
  • Mastery in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Power BI.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data governance and the integration of Risk, Audit, and HSEC processes.

Main objectives of the position

Responsibilities

Daily and Monthly Reporting

  • Daily P&L Reporting: Generate accurate and timely daily Profit and Loss (P&L) reports. This includes detailed P&L attribution and commentary to explain key drivers and variances, providing insight for traders and senior management.
  • Position Reporting: Produce daily position reports with breakdowns by strategy, region, and instrument. Deliver clear analysis and commentary on position movements.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a product risk/risk management/middle office of which at least 3 years should be in a team lead role.

Main Objectives of the Position

Under the direct supervision of the General Manager – Supply Chain, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring timely transportation of all reagents, goods, consumables, and equipment to site in compliance with DRC regulations and any local procurement requirements. He/She will ensure all required authorisations and permits are timely obtained and inform the business of any upcoming changes to import processes and develop and maintain standard operating procedures for both logistics and reagent management to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A university degree or higher in Supply Chain and Logistics, or other relevant discipline.

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 8 (eight) years of experience of supply chain management with a specialization in logistics, transportation or customs clearance, including at least 3 years in a management position.
  • Experience in logistics and a solid understanding of planning, purchasing and warehousing processes.

Required Skills
