Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA in Public
Administration / Public Management / Business Administration / Economics / Development Studies / Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Social Sciences / Social
Security / Law / Information Technology. Computer literacy is essential.
Duties: The incumbent will assist in administration of Social Grants at Local Office level; Effectively screen and capture all grant applications; Provide off-site grants
application processes; Administer medical bookings and assessments; Scanning and batching of files; Process other grant documentation / perform other grants
administration functions: Conduct quality control on grant applications and Ensure adherence to Section 57 of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6,
Part 3).

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) and NQF 6 in Public Admini/ Business Admin or Management as added advantage,
coupled with 0-1 year working experience.
Duties: The incumbent will effectively render clerical duties such as Transport services, Human Resource Administration, General Admin Support Services and
Provisioning Services (Procurement and Issuing of Stores). Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA, Chapter 6, Part 3).
Preference will be given to: African Male, followed by Coloured Female and White Male
