Administration Officer Manager

Core functions:

  • Oversee the integration of business and ICT strategies to enable a cohesive, future-ready
    digital policing environment.
  • Direct the development and execution of enterprise architecture roadmaps to support
    organisational transformation, modernisation, and service delivery improvement.
  • Chair and govern architecture review boards and decision-making forums to ensure
    compliance, consistency, and risk management across all ICT and business initiatives.
  • Provide executive oversight of business IS architecture, ensuring alignment between
    operational requirements and technology capabilities across SAPS environments.
  • Drive standardisation, interoperability, and optimisation of systems, processes, and
    information across national, provincial, and local structures.
  • Oversee the identification and mitigation of ICT and architecture-related risks, ensuring
    resilience, security, and compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the effective utilisation, development, and governance of architecture resources.

  • Conduct enterprise-wide security risk assessments, threat modelling, and vulnerability

  • Lead security assurance and compliance activities, including audits, control testing, and
