Internal Sales Representative
Our client in the Electrical Lighting industry is currently looking for an Internal Sales Representative, in Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Branch Manager.
- Sell the company’s products to walk in customers over the counter.
- Manage and control all stock movement, including the issuing of daily stock quantities in conjunction with the Procurement Manager.
- Keep a record of the daily production sheet and monitor the yields.
- Liaise with dispatch and help to ensure deliveries are made on time and to customer expectation.
- Manage COD invoices and collect outstanding payments.
- Handle/process orders telephonically.
- Create invoices.
- Handle quotes on the CRM system.
- Manage and maintain pricing in line with the company’s pricing policy.
- Ensure that all the relevant information is obtained from customers to ensure accuracy of all orders, i.e., order numbers, delivery address, contacts, special arrangements etc.
- Assist to resolve any queries customers may have.
- Issue credit applications and terms and conditions to all new customers.
- Make sure that no stock leaves the company without the proper documentation.
- Take initiative while still working well within company policies and procedures.
- Attend weekly and monthly sales meeting when required.
- Reconcile Till.
- Assist with stock taking.
Requirements:
- A valid Grade 12 Certificate (essential)
- Minimum 4 years Electrical Sales experience is a must.
- Strong knowledge of electrical products.
- Driver’s license is an advantage.
- Computer literate preference will be given to users with strong K8 knowledge.
- Excel knowledge is a must.
- Have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have exceptional customer service skills.
- Be meticulous and be able to pay attention to detail.
- Have a passion for sales and be target driven.
- Be able to work effectively in a team.

Our client in the Dairy industry is currently looking for a Chef De Partie, in Fish Hoek, Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
- Meal Preparation and Presentation:
- Control cooking of all food from preparation to presentation.
- Ensure the meals are prepared correctly according to company specifications.
- Ensure that all necessary safety and health procedures are always followed.
- Ensure that you use the equipment correctly and safely.
- Health and safety:
- Ensure that you and your team maintain the highest possible food hygiene standards.
- Coffee Shop:
- Ensure that the quality of café meals is of the highest standard.
- Ensure that the café fridge is cleaned, and all items labelled and dated as per company policy.
Requirements:

Our client who is a non-profit organisation is currently looking for a PR and Marketing Specialist on a fixed term 3 month-contract, in Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media.
- Coordinate all public relations activities.
- Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media.
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
- Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations.
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an on-going basis.

Responsibilities:
- Managing of Interns that will be facilitating the planned activities for the “Dream Rooms”.
- Manage schedules and time sheets.
- Planning, organising, maintaining, and managing the operations of weekly activities.
- Travelling to various hospital centres to oversee the quality of activities and ensure that standards are maintained.
- Planning for future projects that need to be implemented.
Requirements:
- Martic/Grade 12.

Management Accountant
Our client in the Dairy Farming industry is currently looking for a Management Accountant, in Cavendish, Claremont.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating monthly management accounts for various entities, including balance sheets, income statements, and accompanying schedules.
- Ensure accuracy of Management Accounts packs and meet established deadlines.
- Analyse Budget Vs Actual variances and communicate findings.
- Conduct reconciliations and generate reports for various company accounts pertaining to cash flow.
- Provide management and guidance to Cashbook , Payments & Creditors Controller and Credit Controller.
- Prepare audit packs and collaborate with auditors on annual financial statements.
- Handle submission of statutory returns for VAT.
- Review payments for accuracy of allocation and VAT treatment.
- Perform regular review of cashbooks, invoicing, and debtors age analysis, assisting in credit control management.
- Authorise payments on the banking portal.
- Investigate Expense variances and incorporate findings into Income Statement schedules as notes.
- Address and follow up on accounts queries promptly.
- Manage ad hoc projects, queries, and analyses as needed.
- Provide assistance to the Financial Manager.
- Evaluate and enhance the system of internal controls and promote more efficient management systems.
- Produce precise monthly management accounts within agreed timelines.
- Normal working – Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45-minute lunch break.
