RESPONSIBILITIES
PLANNING
- Select the right equipment and/or tools for the task as planned.

EXECUTION OF COMPACTED WELL CONSTRUCTION
- Assist in execution of compacted well and other activities as instructed by the line manager/ supervisor.

Description

- Assist with the problems solving on operational challenges and report any deviations to the immediate supervisor.

Description
The Purpose of this role is to execute the deposition plan by planning activities, organizing resources, delegating tasks, leading people and controlling risks and deviations to ensure the successful achievement of the deposition plan.

CIVIL AND GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER
Purpose:
The position exists to provide technical support primarily to the FA LATAM Tailings operational divisions with the core function being to monitor and manage technical risk. Technical support is provided to the other FA operational divisions as and when needed.
Functions:
Operational:
- Support the preparation of technical proposals in line with Fraser Alexander´s know-how
- Provide mentoring, guidance and support to tailings operations
- Identify, monitor, report and mitigate technical risks by means of ongoing technical audits
- Facilitate risk assessments on facilities with significant risk
- Develop and agree risk mitigation measures
- Provide assurance that data submissions are accurate
- Undertake technical assessments of tailings operations including stability assessments, life assessments water balances etc.
- Preparation of technical audit reports in line with country regulations and Fraser´s standards
Optimisation:
- Ensure continuous improvement to optimize the effective functioning of the Technical Division
- Work closely with Operations on contracts to ensure that appropriate estimations have been made and accurate costings are submitted for project deliverables and performance in terms of technical input
- Deliver on the value proposition to FA Operations as per agreed scope of work
SHEQ Management:

Stakeholder Management:

BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST
Purpose
This position exists to support the development and implementation of the FA LATAM Business Process Framework (BPF)
Functions
Strategic Management
- Understands the complete Fraser Alexander’s strategic goals to be achieved by 2026
- Work with the GM, HR Team, Project Managers, Operations Managers, Site Managers in the implementation of FA LATAM Business Plan
- Monitor the Fraser Alexander’s Divisional objectives implementation and work with team members to correct any variations
Technical Management

PURPOSE
This positions exists for the safe operation of the machines
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide driving services to designated sections.
Transport, move any goods, equipment, material or people. Evaluate tasks, ground conditions,
Perform routine vehicle inspections, completes checklist and reports defects to the Supervisor.
Clean, issue, inspect & receive equipment and tools under his control. Provide assistance as required.
Carry out maintenance at the discretion of the Supervisor.
