Job description
Mechanical Installation, Maintenance and Repair work on all mechanical equipment associated with a Manganese Production Shaft as per established maintenance criteria.
Minimum requirements
- Qualified Fitter and Turner.
- Matric Certificate or N2 / N3 Certificate.
- Valid Trade Certificate.
Experience:
- 3 years applicable experience in process plants or Mining industry .
- Maintenance Skills.
- Bearings.
- Lubricants.
- First Aid Certificate an advantage.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Information security specialists focus is to keep an organisation’s data and IT infrastructure secure, which requires a diverse set of skills and responsibilities. This IT Professional will:
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct threat and risk analysis and analyse the business impact of new and existing systems and technologies to eliminate risk, performance, and capacity issues. They implement vulnerability assessment and configure audits of operating systems, web servers, databases and detect patterns, insecure features, and malicious activities in the infrastructure.
- Perform research, testing, evaluating and deployment of security technology and procedures.
- Run diagnostics on any changes to data to verify any undetected breaches.
- Develop customs systems for specialized security features and procedures for software systems network, data centres, and hardware.
- Develop and implement information security standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Keep current with new intrusion method and develop protection plans. They have an in-depth understanding of vulnerabilities, management system, and common security applications.
- Conduct counteractive protocols and reports incidents. They offer customized risk rating for vulnerabilities based on company policies and maintain IT security controls documentation.

FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

PURPOSE AND ROLE IN THE BUSINESS:
A Payroll Clerk is a professional who is responsible for processing employees’ pay checks by collecting their data and timesheets. Their duties include verifying work hours, issuing deductions from wages or other earnings statements to workers, and updating records regularly to keep things running smoothly within the company. Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees.
- Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime.
- Calculate bonuses and commissions when appropriate.
- Manage and calculate taxes (PAYE) and deductions.
- Initiate periodical payments timely either by preparing and administering checks or making direct deposits through a bank payment system.
- Update paper and electronic payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates, employee status changes etc.
- Deal with payroll related complaints and queries from employees.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll.
- Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to supervisor.
Minimum requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric (Grade 12) required.
- High Certificate in Human Resources Management or diploma in accounting or related field.
- A minimum 5 to 10 years’ relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Previous experience in a payroll department and time and attendance.
- Knowledge of payroll software is beneficial (SAGE) advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good math and communication skills.
