(b) The Z83 must be fully completed and signed and accompanied by a comprehensive/ detailed
recent Curriculum Vitae (including full particulars of training, qualifications, certificates, skills,
competencies, and knowledge, specific starting and ending dates in all relevant positions and
clarity on the levels and ranks pertaining to experience as compared to the Public Service).

(d) Applicants are not required to submit copies of qualifications and other relevant documents on
