| Job Purpose | To provide an effective administration service to facilitate the smooth running of the solid waste section. |
| Key Responsibility Areas | • Monitors income and expenditure on operating budgets. • Attends to enquiries/complaints from different sources. • Responsible for providing a mini switchboard service. • Attends to incoming and outgoing correspondence. • Provides a secretarial service to the section. • Undertakes data capturing of information. • Provides a general admin service to the section. • Prepares requisitions of stock, printers services. • Assisting in the preparation of tender documents. • Attends to requested or hiring containers, extra services, etc. • Issues permits to the public for the dumping of miscellaneous refuse, garden refuse. |
